Stations of the cross lent 2024

As a Community, we pray the Stations of the Cross during Lent each Friday at 7:00 pm and each Wednesday after 9:00 am Mass. Our Parish Members will guide Stations on Wednesdays, and Fridays by the groups indicated below. All Stations of the Cross will be at St. Mary Church except for Marc 29th, Good Friday. These Stations will be at St. Joseph, at 7:00 pm.

Station Guides will be provided for use in Church on Friday evenings and Wednesday mornings. Use your own Station Guides when you, your families, and groups pray together in Church and at home. Our Corner Shoppe and shops in other parishes can show you a choice of Station Guides.

Every life has suffering, temptation, burial, and resurrection. We pray and meditate at each Station, so that Jesus may guide us to live our lives in His Service as He Wills

Our Church

THE POPE SAYS…

Jesus teaches us another way: Go out. Go out and share your testimony, go out and interact with your brothers, go out and share, go out and ask. Become the Word in body as well as spirit.

POPE FRANCIS

When freedom does not have a purpose, when it does not wish to know anything about the rule of law engraved in the hearts of men and women, when it does not listen to the voice of conscience, it turns against humanity and society.

POPE JOHN PAUL II

If one has the answers to all the questions – that is the proof that God is not with him. It means that he is a false prophet using religion for himself. The great leaders of the people of God, like Moses, have always left room for doubt. You must leave room for the Lord, not for our certainties; we must be humble.
